OASIS and Web Registration Login

Both OASIS and Web Registration use the same password, which used to be your birthdate by default.  New federal regulations prohibit access to personal information over the web using any form of password that is connected to information about you, including your SSN and your date of birth.  Consequently, ALL students at USC have had to change their passwords for these two processes.  If you haven’t changed it yet, when you log on, you will be directed to a new page that requires that you create a new password that is 6 numbers long.  It must be only numbers, and it must have 6 of them.

If you cannot log on, you can call the registrar’s office at (213) 740-8500 and ask them to reset your PIN, which will be your date of birth.  If you cannot get through by phone, you can email them at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  Include:

  1. Name
  2. 10 digit USC ID #
  3. PLEASE RESET PIN (in the body or as the subject of your email)
