Printing

On-Site Printing

If you are in the CHP building, you can go to room G33A, across and near the auditorium, and print to the printer there using the PC in the room.  You will need to either email the file to yourself and then open the email in G33A, or save the file on a USB stick and insert the stick in the computer.  Be sure to use the PC and not the print server.  The PC is on a desk by itself.  Then follow the steps below.

If the computer says it is locked by OT Printer, just click on the icon and the desktop should appear shortly.  If it is locked by OTadmin, click on “Switch User” and select “OT Printer.”

  1. Open the document
  2. Click on the printer icon (enable printing if necessary and make sure the printer selected is OT-Printer01)
  3. Go to the other computer, next to the printer, and click on the “Print Release Station”
  4. Select the print job by clicking on the check box to the left of the name and click the print button
  5. Insert your USC ID card with stripe facing you and follow instructions on the screen.
