ATLAS (Anatomical Tracings of Lesions After Stroke), Release 1.1, is now LIVE!

We are very excited to announce that our ATLAS dataset, Release 1.1, is now live! This is a dataset of n=304 post-stroke T1-weighted MRIs and manually segmented lesion masks.

The full dataset is archived with ICPSR here: http://www.icpsr.umich.edu/icpsrweb/ICPSR/studies/36684

A subset of the data that has been standardized and defaced is also archived with the Functional Connectomes Project’s International Neuroimaging Data-Sharing Initiative (FCP INDI) here: http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/retro/atlas.html

Check out more info in our bioRxiv preprint:

Thanks to all the amazing ATLAS contributors and team members - it’s been a long journey but we are excited to share this big data stroke neuroimaging resource!
