USC Montrose Clinic

The USC Montrose Clinic provides specialized outpatient occupational therapy services focused on the evaluation and treatment of hand and upper extremity conditions. Our expert occupational therapists work closely with patients to restore function, reduce pain, and support participation in meaningful daily activities following injury, surgery, or illness.

We provide comprehensive hand therapy services for a wide range of conditions affecting the hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity, including fractures, tendon and nerve injuries, repetitive stress injuries, arthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, and other orthopedic conditions. Treatment may include customized therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, edema management, scar management, splint fabrication, activity modification, and patient education tailored to each individual’s goals and needs.

As part of the USC Occupational Therapy Faculty Practice, our clinicians deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care with a focus on helping individuals regain independence and return to the activities that matter most to them. We are committed to providing high-quality rehabilitation services to the Montrose area and surrounding communities.
