High-quality therapy is provided to a diverse population of children who range from subtle, fine motor delays to non-speaking autistic clients. Clients are between 5 months and 15 years; the majority are between 3 and 10 years of age. This position presents an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and creative OTs to join a growing pediatric private practice in an outpatient, therapist-owned clinic in Sherman Oaks.
In this unique OT clinic environment, each family is seen privately in their own gym with suspended equipment and outdoor space. Due to this arrangement, parents and caregivers typically attend all sessions with their child. Therefore, therapists and children/families are able to build a warm relationship and experience decreased distractions by having their sessions in a private room. This opportunity offers excellent compensation and a great opportunity to increase independence in your career. This role is perfect for independent clinicians who are looking for supplemental hours/work.
Candidates will join a small, knowledgeable, dynamic, and energetic team in an ideal work environment where learning is a focus.
