FT Pediatric Occupational Therapist Position Available located in Hawthorne, California!

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist who is eager to grow both personally and professionally. At ITS, we prioritize flexibility and work-life balance. Enjoy a schedule that fits your lifestyle, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Our clinicians also have the unique opportunity to conduct sessions in a variety of settings, including outdoor environments like parks and beaches, creating engaging and meaningful experiences for our clients.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with a diverse pediatric population ranging from birth to 21 years of age. Each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of the child, allowing you to make a meaningful and lasting impact. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists—ensuring a holistic, team-based approach to care and outstanding patient outcomes.

Our newly renovated clinic is conveniently located in Hawthorne, California—just minutes from the airport and the beach—offering both accessibility and an enjoyable work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current or pending state OT license
• Commitment to quality care and patient outcomes
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Pediatrics experience preferred
• Strong communication, self-control, and teamwork skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams for a “whole child” approach
