Kristin Nxumalo received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Portland State University, and received both her Master of Arts and Doctorate of Occupational Therapy degrees from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Nxumalo worked as a clinical faculty member at Keck Hospital of USC, specializing in the treatment of patients with advanced heart failure in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as those with chronic lymphedema.

Dr. Nxumalo is now a member of the Admissions Team, advising applicants to the Entry-Level Master’s program and the PhD in Occupational Science. In addition, she currently teaches in the division’s professional program.
