What are some favorite occupations you personally engage in?

Some of my favorite occupations are walking on the beach, baking, watching movies, and painting/coloring.

Describe your favorite occupational therapy course.

My favorite OT course so far has been OT-101, which I took as an elective in Spring of my Junior year. I was able to learn about my own habits and how to promote personal well-being and self-care through different means such as cooking, exercising, journaling, or self-love exercises. This set a good foundation on how to take care of myself as I entered my first year of the e-OTD program.

What are the food and beverage items you most recently consumed?

Most recently I’ve had an açaí smoothie and chicken quesadillas!
