        <p>The Mrs. T.H. Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California invites applicants for three full-time 12-month, fixed term, clinical staff positions within the OT Department at Keck Medical Center of USC and Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. The successful candidate will complete the AOTA approved Physical Rehabilitation Fellowship by engaging in didactic and clinical education, mentored service delivery and non-mentored service delivery. Under the supervision of a fellowship coordinator and faculty mentor, the fellow will provide occupational therapy clinical services across the enterprise. Major duties include patient evaluation and treatment planning for effective patient outcomes, patient care documentation, attendance at patient care related meetings, participation in interdisciplinary team meetings, maintenance of an appropriate level of productivity, participation in program development/quality improvement/scholarly activities, and tracking progress towards fellowship outcomes. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of current practice in the field of Occupational Therapy, effective verbal and written communication skills, and mature and sound judgment.</p>

<p><strong>Job Accountabilities</strong></p><ul>
<li>Assesses and evaluates patient&#8217;s condition.</li>
<li>Plans, coordinates and implements appropriate occupational therapy program.</li>
<li>Monitors progress and reviews with other medical personnel.</li>
<li>Records data, schedules appointments, charts progress, maintains files.</li>
<li>Supervises and directs activities of student workers and/or volunteers, as required.</li>
<li>Utilizes and maintains equipment safely and effectively.</li>

        <p>The Mrs. T.H. Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California invites applicants for one full-time 12-month clinical faculty position. This position will serve as an Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for Mental Health and will work with the Division’s current faculty members to coordinate both Level I and Level II Fieldwork in a variety of settings who serve individuals with mental health conditions. This includes advising students on fieldwork processes and assigning students to fieldwork as it coincides with Chan academic programs. This position also involves strengthening partnerships with existing fieldwork sites through mentorship of fieldwork educators, and developing new sites including opportunities in innovative and role-emerging settings. The Academic Fieldwork Coordinator, along with the fieldwork team will plan and present student orientations and fieldwork seminars for educators in the community. Additionally, all Academic Fieldwork Coordinators collaborate to maintain compliance with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) standards. This position may also include teaching opportunities.</p>

<p>Qualifications include: an earned O.T.D. or Ph.D. experience working at least two years of clinical practice experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in a mental health setting, and current license to practice occupational therapy in California.</p>

<p>The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. <p>Qualifications include an earned terminal degree (O.T.D., or Ph.D. in occupational science preferred), experience teaching graduate course work in occupational therapy, lived experience of mental illness or identification with Mad communities, as well as a current OT license and eligibility to practice occupational therapy in California. Additional certifications may include peer provider or psychiatric rehabilitation. Experience in course and/or curriculum development and interests in mad studies, critical psychiatry preferred.
