<li>Possesses the knowledge and clinical skills necessary to assess the effects of aging and to incorporate this information appropriately into treatment planning and delivery of individualized treatment and patient/family education that is specific to the geriatric patient&#8217;s needs.</li>
<li>Responsible for understanding and participating in the organization- wide Performance Improvement Program through orientation; education; departmental and interdepartmental quality control; quality improvement; and quality planning activities.</li>

<p>The Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California (USC) invites applications for multiple full-time clinical faculty positions within the Department of Occupational Therapy at Keck Hospital of USC &amp; Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. We are hiring for distinct roles across several adult rehabilitation service areas, with opportunities for clinicians to float between practice settings as service needs require.</p>

<p>Clinical Faculty Position – Occupational Therapy Department, USC Arcadia Hospital</p>

<p>The Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California invites applicants for a full-time clinical faculty position in an acute rehabilitation unit, with floating to acute care and outpatient occupational therapy as needed. The successful candidate will work with the Division&#8217;s faculty members to develop and implement occupational therapy services and direct patient care in coordination with the interdisciplinary team and in compliance with organizational goals and appropriate regulatory agencies. Position is available in the acute rehabilitation unit at USC Arcadia Hospital.         <p>The Mrs. T.H. Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California invites applicants for one full-time 12-month clinical faculty position. This position will serve as an Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for Mental Health and will work with the Division’s current faculty members to coordinate both Level I and Level II Fieldwork in a variety of settings who serve individuals with mental health conditions. This includes advising students on fieldwork processes and assigning students to fieldwork as it coincides with Chan academic programs. This position also involves strengthening partnerships with existing fieldwork sites through mentorship of fieldwork educators, and developing new sites including opportunities in innovative and role-emerging settings. The Academic Fieldwork Coordinator, along with the fieldwork team will plan and present student orientations and fieldwork seminars for educators in the community. Additionally, all Academic Fieldwork Coordinators collaborate to maintain compliance with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) standards. This position may also include teaching opportunities.</p>

<p>Qualifications include: an earned O.T.D. or Ph.D. experience working at least two years of clinical practice experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in a mental health setting, and current license to practice occupational therapy in California.</p>

<p>The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000.         <p>The Mrs. T.H. Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California invites applicants for one full-time 12-month clinical faculty position.&nbsp; The successful candidate will work with the Division’s current faculty members to create and teach course work in the entry-level occupational therapy doctorate (OTD) program focused on mental health practice, with particular attention to critical approaches and linkages to sanism and Mad Studies. The primary functions of this position will include teaching and mentoring graduate students, as well as collaborating on curriculum development to strengthen mental health, mad studies and anti-ableism/sanism content throughout the e-OTD curriculum; engaging in scholarship related to work in the Division and in the profession; and serving on committees as assigned or requested. </p>

<p>Qualifications include an earned terminal degree (O.T.D., or Ph.D. in occupational science preferred), experience teaching graduate course work in occupational therapy, lived experience of mental illness or identification with Mad communities, as well as a current OT license and eligibility to practice occupational therapy in California. Additional certifications may include peer provider or psychiatric rehabilitation.&nbsp; Experience in course and/or curriculum development and interests in mad studies, critical psychiatry preferred. Ideally, doctoral work will have been completed within the mental health practice space.</p>

<p>The Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California invites applicants for a full-time clinical faculty position serving as Clinical Manager of Occupational Therapy Services at Keck Medical Center of USC. The Clinical Manager reports directly to the Associate Chair of Occupational Therapy Clinical Services.&nbsp; The successful candidate will work in collaboration with current Clinical Managers and Hospital leadership to:</p><ul>
<li>Manage the daily operations of occupational therapy services, spanning multiple levels of care (i.e., inpatient acute &amp; critical care, acute rehabilitation unit, outpatient)</li>
<li>Monitor expenses and budgets in alignment with fiscal stewardship goals</li>
<li>Monitor performance and manage interpersonal issues with faculty and staff</li>

<li>Assist in recruitment and training of faculty, staff, students, and residents</li>
