Chan Faculty Council Meeting Schedule

One Chan Council working meeting per month is reserved for General Meetings, which are open to all Chan faculty members. Chan Faculty are welcome to drop in to the working meeting at any time. The last 15 minutes of each meeting will be reserved for faculty to bring specific questions or concerns. You can find the schedule for upcoming meetings below. Meeting invites with the Zoom links and agenda will be sent to the faculty listserv by the Council Secretary.

Chan Faculty Council General Meetings are virtual working meetings open to all Chan faculty. Each meeting will include at least 15 minutes for questions, comments, and open engagement. All Faculty should receive an Outlook meeting invitation that includes meeting access details.

USC Academic Senate Meetings

Location and login information can be found on the USC Academic Senate website, academicsenate.usc.edu/meetings/. Zoom meeting links are generally posted shortly before the meeting date. The 2025-2026 Senate Meetings are scheduled on Wednesdays from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on the following dates:
