MINDFULNESS AND SPASTICITY STUDY MATERIALS

We recently conducted a study where individuals who have experienced a stroke were trained in mindfulness meditation in an attempt to decrease spasticity. If you are interested in listening to the recordings used in this study, please follow this link to download the mindfulness meditation recordings

If you need a portable device to play these recordings on, this is the MP3 player used in study. Please note that the recordings can be listened to on any device you may already have (e.g. on your computer, tablet, etc.).

Please contact us by email or phone if you have any questions regarding these materials or any other concerns.
