Lifestyle Redesign®

Lifestyle Redesign is an innovative occupational therapy intervention framework developed at USC Chan that has been shown to improve health and wellness through building healthier lifestyles. Changing behaviors takes time and is a complex process, but we know that lifestyle choices directly influence the state of our physical, mental, cognitive, and emotional health.

At USC Chan, our clinicians, researchers, and educators (pictured below) are synergizing their work in Lifestyle Redesign in novel ways to educate and train  graduate students and licensed occupational therapy practitioners on Lifestyle Redesign techniques, develop innovative research on health and well-being, study people’s lived experiences, and scale interventions for diverse populations. We are also developing a Lifestyle Redesign® Certification training program for occupational therapists that is anticipated to launch in Fall 2024.
