This page houses all legal permissions for Lifestyle Redesign copyright materials, course participation, and certification.
Permissions statement for the use of Copyrighted Materials
All materials created by USC that bear the trademark “Lifestyle Redesign” or any other trademarks owned by USC, including but not limited to written content, graphics, designs, and multimedia materials, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of USC. These materials are covered by the copyright protection afforded under Title 17 of the United States Code and may not be copied, duplicated, or distributed except as authorized in writing by USC.
Individuals who are currently certified in Lifestyle Redesign or who are candidates for Lifestyle Redesign Certification (LRC) have a limited right and license to use, copy, distribute, and create derivative works of materials trademarked by USC. These rights are further described in the Certification Candidate Agreement and Certification Agreement provided on this website.
Except as required by law or permitted by the above Agreements, no parties shall use the name, logo, trademark, or symbol of USC or its affiliates without USC’s prior written consent.
The following are legal agreements that prospective certificants will sign during their pursuit of Lifestyle Redesign Certification:
- Lifestyle Redesign Course Agreement
This agreement is signed by every course participant at time of registration. - Lifestyle Redesign Certification Candidate Agreement v1.0
This agreement is signed after successfully completing the Mentored Practicum, once a candidate is eligible to begin accruing Lifestyle Redesign practice hours. - Lifestyle Redesign Certification Agreement v1.0
This agreement is signed at the time initial certification is granted.
