This increased awareness supports users in reaffirming their activity participation as well as making changes to their lifestyles to include activities that bring greater personal meaning. Speakers will highlight their proposed methodology to test the effectiveness of OcupApp in improving perceived quality of life in people over 60 years of age living with anxiety and subclinical depression.
