Course Series
Foundations of Lifestyle Redesign Course Series
The Foundations of Lifestyle Redesign Course Series is designed to fulfill several requirements for certification in Lifestyle Redesign, specifically, portions of the education and experience requirements. The courses are accessible to all learners worldwide. All courses are eligible for continuing education (CE) credit.
Completing the Course Series consists of:
- 3 Core Courses (46 hours / 4.6 CEUs)
- Format: Online, asynchronous
- Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week spent on reviewing course lectures and completing learning activities
- Duration: Varies per course

- 4 Special Topics courses (12 hours / 1.2 CEUs)
- Format: Online, asynchronous
- Time Commitment: 3 hours per course, 12 hours total
- Duration: 3 weeks, each course (can be taken separately or simultaneously)

- A Mentored Practicum in Lifestyle Redesign (40 hours / 4.0 CEUs)
- Format: Online, synchronous
- Time Commitment: 2 hours per week of synchronous (“live”) class sessions + 2 hours per week for learning activities
- Duration: 14 weeks, meeting weekly (compressed timeline) or biweekly (extended timeline)

- 14 weekly, synchronous class sessions; choose between:
- Mondays 8-10am Pacific Time, beginning May 18, 2026
- Wednesdays 4-6pm Pacific Time, beginning May 20, 2026
- Mentored Practicum (Extended Timeline): September 14, 2026 - March 8, 2026
- 14 biweekly, synchronous class sessions held on Mondays 5-7pm Pacific Time

Course Registration
On-Demand Courses
Please note that, beginning with Core Course 2, all course prerequisites must be met in order to enroll in the course; this will be verified upon registration, prior to being granted course access. Prerequisites are listed within each course’s registration page.
Cancellation Policy: A refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be made provided that a cancellation notice is submitted within 10 business days of registration, and the learner has not accessed the course yet. Cancellation by instructor/USC will result in full refund.
Scheduled Courses
Late Registration Policy: A $25 non-refundable late registration fee applies to enrollments completed less than 7 days before a course’s start date. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing late enrollments. No course extensions will be granted, and all work must be completed by course end date.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee, cancellation notice must be received at least 10 business days prior to the course start date; no refunds will be issued after that time. Cancellation by instructor/USC will result in full refund.
