Merry Lee, OTD, OTR/L, SWC, has been a treating occupational therapist for over 14 years. She received her Master of Arts degree in Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Doctorate from the University of Southern California. She also graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Exercise Biology and a B.A. in Psychology. Dr. Lee is an adjunct assistant professor of clinical occupational therapy at USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy where she primarily teaches in the pediatrics immersion course and teaches in the online USC Chan sensory integration continuing education certificate courses. Dr. Lee is certified in the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests (SIPT), and she has received advanced practice certification in Swallowing Assessment, Evaluation, or Intervention from the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
Dr. Lee was the former director of the occupational therapy department Momentum Pediatric Therapy Network (stepped down recently to focus on teaching and her growing family) and has had extensive experience with the pediatric population. Dr. Lee is passionate about providing family centered care for families and mentoring occupational therapists and future OTs.
