Communities of Practice for Dialogue and Growth
The USC Chan Communities of Practice for Dialogue and Growth provide all faculty, staff, students, and alumni with supportive and consistent spaces to connect, share knowledge, and engage in meaningful discussions. These Communities of Practice are designed to serve as environments for honest self-reflection, accountability, and open dialogue about the challenges facing our communities. Ultimately, we seek to enhance our collective understanding in ways that promote both personal and collective growth, as well as meaningful actions that foster a more inclusive society. These communities are open to all faculty, staff, and students within the Division.
Format
The specific format of each Community of Practice is determined collaboratively within each group. Some communities have engaged in discussions about articles, listening to podcasts, role-playing, and organizing initiatives, among other activities.
