Your Impact

Directed gifts
Directed gifts allow you to designate your gift to specific priorities such as faculty recruitment, research projects, student programming, facilities upgrades and more.

Unrestricted gifts
Unrestricted gifts allow the division to allocate funds wherever need is greatest, and to take advantage of unique opportunities as they arise. Your contribution may be used to support costs associated with financial aid, innovations in teaching, dissemination and publication of research, equipment, facilities and much more.

Endowments
Endowments allow individuals, family and non-profit foundations and corporations to create a named, endowed fund designated for a specific purpose. Your principal gift is invested in the endowment and the interest anticipated to accrue will then be used in perpetuity to support the specific program, scholarship, fellowship or faculty position you have endowed.

In-kind gifts
In-kind gifts allow individuals, foundations and corporations to give tangible gifts and services to the division. Examples of in-kind gifts include underwriting the printing costs of occupational science and occupational therapy materials to the community, assistive and advanced technology, toys and equipment for educating students or treating patients, items for silent auctions, underwriting the production cost of an academic event or donating airline frequent flier miles to support a more globally connected faculty.

Annual fund gifts
Annual fund gifts keep the division on the cutting edge of education, research and practice. These funds provide a mechanism for the division to support programs not typically funded by federal grants, major gifts or student tuition. By participating in the annual fund, alumni and friends confidently endorse the ongoing work of the division, and remember, a gift of any amount makes a difference. Show your Trojan pride — be counted in the division’s annual fund today!
