The Culture, Community, and Belonging Committee is a group of faculty, staff, and students who work collaboratively to support the mission of the USC Chan Division.
Our Mission
We strive to ensure that all faculty, staff, and students feel valued and supported, and are prepared to meet the different needs of individuals, populations, and the profession.
Our Goals
- Develop and maintain an accessible, welcoming, and supportive climate within the Chan Division for all students, staff, and faculty.
- Support faculty in the development and use of resources to competently deliver curriculum that prepares students to be responsive and effective practitioners.
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives to recruit, hire, and retain highly qualified students, staff, and faculty.
