Smart Classrooms | 1m 32s
“Smart” classrooms equipped with multiple multimedia projectors, adaptable tables and rolling chairs, and “idea paint” writable/erasable walls, are designed to facilitate stimulating small group discussion and interaction. “Smart” classrooms typically seat approximately 40 students, or one cohort of students in the entry-level professional degree program. USC occupational therapy graduate students describe how these classrooms enhance their learning.
Pediatrics Laboratory | 1m 50s
An innovative multi-purpose pediatric learning laboratory, including suspended equipment such as tire and bolster swings used in Ayres sensory integration intervention, is available in the CHP building for students to observe master clinicians at work and to hone their own skills for pediatric practice. USC occupational therapy graduate students talk about how this laboratory enhances their learning.
Occupations Laboratory | 2m 47s
Occupations Laboratory learning activities, supervised by faculty and clinicians, are conducted in two state-of-the-art facilities that include a complete kitchen, dining area, bedroom, bathroom, and simulated hospital room incorporating an array of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
