What are some of the occupations you engage in?
Some of my favorite occupations are trying new coffee shops, shopping, Pilates, and running.

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
The one place I would love to travel to is Thailand. The island looks breathtaking and I’d love to explore and sightsee.

How do you plan to use OT in the future?
How I plan to use OT in the future is by impacting families and children with multiple needs or disabilities.  My goal is to work in early intervention or NICU. I take pride in supporting families by offering resources and ensuring they understand that they are not alone when seeking assistance for themselves and their child.

You have your own late night talk show, who do you invite as your first guest?
My first guest on my late-night talk show would be Jay Shetty. If you have ever watched his podcast, you can see him bring such a calm, welcoming energy into the room. I appreciate his ability to listen unconditionally and to allow individuals to express their authentic selves.

Whats the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Best piece of advice I live by is be your biggest advocate. I remember when applying for undergrad, every college I applied to denied my applications. I had a good GPA, a decent SAT score and overall knew I was capable of being accepted to at least one university. Long story short, I appealed my rejection, advocated for myself by writing a long email stating my qualifications, and one month later I received my admission letter. Always, always advocate for yourself.
