What brought you to Occupational therapy?
My longstanding passion to promote human health, wellness and happiness through professional practice and healthcare promotion led me to USC to continue my education in occupational therapy.

What area of practice are you interested in?
Pediatric Early Intervention and Adult Stroke Rehabilitation.

Describe your background before coming to occupational therapy.
I graduated in 2016 with a BA in Psychology from UCLA and started working for Early Strides Child Development Center as a behavioral interventionist. While I enjoyed my new profession, I also pursued valuable opportunities that would challenge my strengths and weaknesses within the healthcare field. The hands-on practice and professional guidance that I attained through my volunteer placements provided me with many opportunities to see the meaningful relationships between occupational therapists and their patients in practice.

What are some of the occupations you engage in?
When I’m not in school, you will almost always find me at the beach! I love to travel, play soccer, practice hot yoga, go to concerts, bake, and spend time with my family, friends and pup!

If your childhood had a smell, what would it be?
Play-Doh.

What song can you sing entirely by heart?
If Drake is the artist, I know it.
