Curriculum Vitae

Catie Sertich’s clinical practice has focused on serving the neurological community, with a special interest in spinal cord injury, custom seating and positioning and assistive technology. Sertich has presented at a national conference on research done on the use of custom wheelchairs and interdisciplinary collaboration to prevent hospital acquired pressure injuries in a spinal cord injury unit.

She is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist and enjoys problem solving home modifications with those who are newly diagnosed with a neurological disorder or those who are aging in the community and are prioritizing staying in their home as safely as possible. Personal interests and favorite occupations include traveling, learning languages, skiing, exercising and cooking!
