Billing Information

With a physician referral, occupational therapy programs and services are often covered by insurance with the client being responsible for a portion of the cost with a copayment or coinsurance. We accept most PPO plans, Medicare, and Worker’s Compensation. For individuals without an accepted insurance, such as an HMO, or for those who prefer to pay privately, we offer a discounted self-pay rate.

Our OT services are offered in person and via telehealth. Due to licensure restrictions, we can only provide telehealth to clients located within the state of California at the time of the visit.

ACOTE accreditation | NBCOT certification

The USC entry-level master’s degree program (cost of attendance) is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education® (ACOTE®) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). The USC entry-level doctorate in occupational therapy (OTD) degree program (cost of attendance) has applied for accreditation and has been granted Preaccreditation Status by ACOTE®.
