The COVID Recovery Clinic at Keck Medicine (Keck CRC) of the University of Southern California has treated patients with Long COVID since 2020. In this project, Keck CRC will improve its current care delivery and symptom model, establish new models of service to expand services to more patients, create multidisciplinary education resources for healthcare providers, and collect and analyze standardized data on patient and clinic outcomes to inform ongoing modifications in care delivery.
