The goal of this grant is to evaluate the impacts of intensive hand activity on sonographic measurements of tissue morphology, discomfort and occupational performance in a longitudinal study to develop a predictive model of morphologic progression of pathology and screening techniques for early detection of median nerve injury in the workplace.
