In an effort to promote health and wellness at the USC Health Sciences campus, several partners in the USC clinical enterprise went smoke free Oct. 1. To read more, go to USC Hospitals Go Smoke Free.
The USC Lifestyle Redesign® Smoking Cessation and Relapse Prevention program is evidence-based and addresses physical, emotional, and social triggers, finding healthy pleasures and non-tobacco rewards, stress management, exercise and physical activity, healthy eating, and increasing your overall health. Group sessions are held for 1 hour, once per week for 10 weeks. Individual sessions are 30 minutes.
