Tuesdays, 5–6pm
Wednesdays, 12–1pm* and 3–6pm
Thursdays, 5–6pm

Drop in any time during these hours for informal tours, gardening and other restorative outdoor occupations. Staff will be on hand to teach you how to engage in the gardening activities of the day, which typically include planting seeds, transplanting seedlings, propagating plants, watering, weeding, pruning and harvesting. Learn about composting, caring for fruit trees, vegetables and California native ornamental plants. *During lunchtime hours the garden is open for relaxing and taking a lunch break. Staff will not be leading gardening activities at that time.
