Bonnie Nakasuji is co-owner of Therapy West, Inc., and an internationally recognized leader in clinical services for pediatric populations with physical and neurodevelopmental disabilities.
Dr. Nakasuji holds many professional and clinical certifications, including those for the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test, and Neuro-Developmental Treatment, and for decades she has served in many other leadership capacities for the American Occupational Therapy Association and various other professional and community organizations. She has received numerous awards from both state and national organizations, including the AOTA Roster of Fellows. She is most familiar to current and recent students for her role in coordinating the international Leadership Capstone externship experience at Mephibosheth Training Center in Ghana, West Africa. In recognition for this and other international work, Dr. Nakasuji was awarded the International Service Award by AOTA in 2017.
