Aina is a research assistant in the Lifestyle Redesign for Chronic Conditions Lab (LRCC), exploring the impact of chronic conditions such as diabetes and arthritis on health and well-being. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from the USC Keck School of Medicine. She received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from CSU Dominguez Hills. She currently works with pediatric clients and their families as an occupational therapist.  Her interests range from chronic conditions and mental health to community building and sustainability. In her free time, Aina enjoys eating, exploring new places, and being in nature.
