NEW GRADS seeking MENTORSHIP — This is a unique opportunity to be on a multidisciplinary team of experienced OT’s, PT’s and SLP’s. You will receive direct mentorship from owner and OTR/L, OTD Stephanie Wagers with 20+ years of pediatric experience while having the support of a collaborative team. Expect mentorship spanning various diagnoses and concerns, practical strategies for fostering parent engagement, and invaluable insights for enhancing patient and family outcomes.

Job Description

  • Responsible for providing safe and effective play-based Occupational Therapy through appropriate evaluation, treatment and education to meet the goals of the child and family.
  • Works with the family to plan and implement one-to-one treatment according to the Plan of Care.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
  • Accurately document evaluations, daily notes and progress reports.
  • Adhere to established rules, regulations and laws.
  • Work cooperatively with families and fellow staff members with the goal of improving the lives of clients and their families.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Ability to gather information from a variety of sources.
  • Able to be prepared to start and end sessions on time and with a plan of treatment.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills.
  • Communicate clearly with various parties.
  • Ability to complete session documentation within required time frames.
  • Experience working with children with Autism, Sensory Integration and Feeding deficiencies a plus.
  • Bilingual Skills a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $76,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
