General Course Information
Introduction to Lifestyle Redesign® is a prerequisite to the other courses in the series, and must be completed first. All other courses can be taken in the order you want.
These courses are designed for OTs, OTAs, and others as introductory level courses; however all levels of experience are welcome as are all areas of practice.
Our Life Management Series uses occupational therapy intervention, based on Lifestyle Redesign®, with the focus on helping people design their lives to be more productive, happier, and healthier. It’s a holistic approach that gives most attention to occupation, the activities with which people “occupy” themselves and are the building blocks of lifestyle (e.g., productive activity, social activity, and physical activity).
Life coaching is a way of helping people which avoids the health care system. A life coach provides guidance to improve the careers, relationships, and lives of their clients.
