Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the TLC Pediatric Therapy team. As an OT, you will conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations and independently manage your case load.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position works with both TLC Team Members, and interdisciplinary teams of outside professionals to include teachers, doctors, audiologists, psychologists, social workers, physical therapists and speech-language pathologists. In addition to conducting screenings and evaluations, you will collaborate with our care team, patients/families, and TLC senior leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient—and family-centered therapeutic care.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
*Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
*Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement
*Two (2) years of experience as an occupational therapist OR successful completion of an internship program with the hiring department or an equivalent training program and one (1) year of experience as an occupational therapist.
*A Master’s Degree from an accredited school of occupational therapy or proof of equivalency
*Must possess a current valid California Occupational Therapist license at the time of hire and maintain it as a condition of continued employment
