We prioritize providing high-quality, personalized care through 1-on-1 therapy in 45-minute session. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic, interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing top-notch care and collaborating closely with OT, PT, and other professionals. As a Occupational Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children while working in a supportive, balanced, and fulfilling environment.

Work Schedule:

Full-time (32-40 hours per week) or part-time availability.
Available to help our families at both our Hemet and Murrieta locations.
OT Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based occupational therapy protocols.
Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals.
Work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines.
Engage in occupational therapy research to enhance knowledge about OT processes and develop new assessment and treatment methods that may lead to more effective outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Experience in pediatric settings/and or supervision is a plus
Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Pay: $93,600.00 - $124,800.00 per year(depending on experience)
