What brought you to occupational therapy?
My love of art and science is what brought me to Occupational Therapy. I really love that occupational therapists have the opportunity to help people across the lifespan and in many different practice settings.

What area of practice are you interested in?
I currently am most interested in the practice area of spinal cord injury. I can thank the wonderful Jane Baumgarten for that new interest.

What are some of the occupations you engage in?
Some occupations I love to engage in our reading, painting, and yoga.

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
If I could travel anywhere in the world right now it would probably be to College Station, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia to see either my new nephew or niece.

If you could choose anyone (living or dead) to be your mentor, who would you pick?
My mentor I would choose is Wilma Rudolph. She beat polio to then go on to become an Olympic gold medalist in track and field.
