Mandated by the passed legislation in the state of California, this project will develop a universal assessment for California’s home and community-based service programs. There are two principal objectives for this work: (1) develop a universal assessment tool (UAT) that meets the requirements of California Senate Bill No. 1036 and (2) identify how the UAT will affect important processes inherent in the delivery of home and community-based services.
