Identifying Risk Factors for Harm in Children on Invasive Home Medical Therapies

This grant is funding a pilot study aimed at identifying and understanding the mediators of harm in children who are on home mechanical ventilation and home parenteral nutrition by using systems engineering, human factors approaches and collaboration with parents to reduce risks and harm to the children.
