What brought you to occupational therapy?
I first became interested in OT through my mom’s experience after breaking her arm and going to an arm/hand occupational therapist. I joined her to some appointments and loved the work her OT did. Later, after working with children with disabilities, I felt even more confident about my interest in OT and specifically pediatrics!

What area of practice are you interested in?
I am most interested in working with children! My two main interests among pediatrics are infants/early intervention, or working in an inner city elementary school setting.

What are some of the occupations you engage in?
I love just about anything that involves the outdoors, dogs, or good food. So some of my favorite occupations include hiking with my dogs, camping, and baking.

If we opened your fridge, what would we see?
Many, many snacks.

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
All over! But the first country I would want to go to is Spain.

How do you want to be remembered?
I hope to be remembered as someone who has a heart for others and who pours that into my work and everyday life.
