This prestigious award is in recognition of their significant contributions to the continuing education and professional development of association members, and denotes excellence in teaching, scholarship, and leadership. According to AOTA, fewer than 1 percent of all occupational therapists in the United States are included on the AOTA Roster of Fellows, which allows recipients to use the acronym FAOTA as part of their credentials.
Leland and Mallinson join USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy faculty members Erna Blanche, Sharon Cermak, Florence Clark, Linda Fazio, Mary Lawlor and Ann Neville-Jan as AOTA Fellows. Congratulations and Fight On!
